The place is out of date for sure. Building looks a bit run down. There are not many electrical outlets in the room and the 2 lamps over the beds didn’t work. There was a stand up lamp in the corner not plugged in due to no outlet. The location is good, but I would not stay here again. They had 2 wrapped muffins and a granola bar in bags for breakfast to grab and go.

Overall, the stay in the room was nice. The breakfast was very good the whole facility I did like it. We only went for one day so I didn’t experience the pool or anything else.

Grover Beach is a beautiful place.
Grover Beach is a beautiful place. It has lot of shopping and restaurant options. Sam’s Pizza on West Grand Ave is absolutely delicious and Sam is a super nice guy. There is an outlet center just off the Grover Beach exit. It’s easy on and easy off. It’s close to Pismo and Morrow Bay beaches. We have been vacationing in Grover Beach for years and I can’t recommend it more.

for the dog lovers this is an ideal spot, they are pretty accommodating, fun to see the different dogs during my stay as they were ALL well behaved and trained - if not really a dog person may want to think about staying here; also good place for that weekend warriors as the, location is ideal for leisure drives and or strolls.

Everything you need can be found along Grand street. Dollar Tree, Starbuck, Dutch bros, fast food and lots of Mexican spots to eat. Very close to Pismo and all the things to do in Pismo. This is an older building. 1970’s. It was perfect for us as we wanted the beach, only 5 blocks away. Friendly town, good local food nearby. The staff was very helpful, I needed an extra towel and blanket and it was received immediately. I was impressed by the cleanliness. Plus it was in a quiet location compared to my previous stays in Pismo. The bed was amazing and comfortable. The staff were very nice even called me when I didn’t request to have maid service to make sure my room did or did’nt need attention. I was traveling for a dog rescue fundraiser and I was very happy to find a place that accepted my 3 medium size dogs and were fellow dog lovers themselves. I will definitely stay here again for future trips.

We like this hotel because its close enough for my husband to get in line early for a day pass or overnight camping in oceano and then he comes back to sleep a little more. We expected them to be sold out for memorial weekend and sure enough they did but we got our pass in time. Hotel is simple, if your looking for just a nights rest and shower. This hotel is it.

Eating and shopping establishments are varied and close to the Inn. The traffic along Grand is noticeable, but not unpleasant. I walked to the beach which took about 10 minutes.
